Start with the workload
Describe the model you intend to run, the number of connected cameras and the response time required. A model name alone is not enough to choose a system: software compatibility, memory capacity and sustained performance also matter.
Check the installation
List power, network and peripheral connections. Record the mounting space, expected ambient temperature and ventilation. Confirm whether the project needs a desktop system or an industrial enclosure.
Prepare the procurement brief
Send the required configuration, quantities, destination and schedule. Ask for confirmation of included accessories, software image, warranty and lead time before placing an order.
